Dr. Shigezawa grew up in Manoa Valley and Hawaii Kai. She graduated from Punahou School and then received her B.S. and M.S. in Biology from the University of Michigan.
She graduated from The University of Michigan Medical School, receiving the Outstanding Student in Obstetrics and Gynecology Award and completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Hawaii Integrated Residency Program. Dr. Shigezawa is a Board Certified Fellow of the American Academy of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Assistant Clinical Professor at John A. Burns Schoolof Medicine.
Dr. Shigezawa has three grown children and is married to Richard Podolny, family medicine physician.
Her hobbies include ballet, yoga, making jewelry, and gardening.

Napha was born in Laos and is fluent in Laotian and Thai.
She graduated from Farrington High School and received her Medical Assistant degree from Leeward Community College. She has 2 children and enjoys gardening.

Lat was born in Laos. She has two children and earned her medical assistant degree from Med Assist Hawaii.
She enjoys reading, spending time with friends and family, and cooking ethnic foods.
